So tell me the following:
1- Your availability in the early hours of the morning - when hubby goes to work (or you go to work), when you send the kids to school, how early are you willing to wake up (remember it's just for one week)
2- Your availability in the evening hours - when hubby (or you) get home, which nights you don't have music lessons or meetings or callings or whatever
3 - Your availability during the day - when you need to be home, can you come out with the kids, etc. etc.
4 - Some things you'd like to do. Some things you'd like to try.
So, I'm thinking it will be something like this: This is a rough draft and will definitely change as I get feedback.
Monday
6a.m. Meet and run/walk (speed workout)
Picnic in the park. Potluck with low cal stuff then a game of ultimate frisbee. Kids can join in. Ride your bike or walk to the park.
After dinner - bike ride
Tuesday
6a.m. Spinning class at the Sports Academy
During the day go walking or hiking along River Trail
After dinner go to the Sports Academy for swimming and weights and rowing and maybe a class. (It costs $10 for you to get in the facility, but you can use it the entire day.)
Wednesday
6a.m. meet and run/walk (hills)
After lunch go rollerblading
After dinner go for a bike ride. Not a ride, but go biking.
Thursday
6a.m. Obstacle course workout.
After lunch do another trip to the park with a picnic and play volleyball or soft ball or something like that. Jump roping.
After dinner go for a light jog/walk
Friday
6a.m. go biking
After lunch go for another walk
I have to go down to Ogden to get ready for the duathlon this night, but everyone needs to do a workout in some way shape or form.
Saturday
I'm going to be doing the duathlon, but again get together, workout.
6a.m. run/walk
After lunch go hiking together
Celebratory dinner that night. Low cal or course
This would be the week that we're religious about counting calories and calorie restriction (not extreme, but stick to the 1200 to 1500 or whatever) We also do a weigh in at the start of the week and at the end of the week. It will be like a booster week. I definitely want you all to come to all of it, but just come to as much as you can and I'll organize the events.
What do you say?
Al
